Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Renu collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@tryrenu.com.
What we collect
- Order & account information — your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and order history when you place an order or create an account.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe / Shop Pay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communication preferences — whether you’ve opted into email or SMS marketing.
- Health & wellness context (optional) — if you complete our intake quiz, we collect the answers you give (e.g. postpartum stage, breastfeeding status). This information is used to personalise recommendations and is not sold.
- Site analytics — pages visited, device/browser, approximate location (city level), and referring site. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders, and provide customer support.
- To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications).
- To send marketing emails or SMS — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the product, the site, and our formula based on aggregated, de-identified feedback.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vendors who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS providers, customer-support tooling, and analytics — under contracts that restrict their use to those services.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email, or by replying STOP to an SMS.
- Access, correct, or delete your data by emailing hello@tryrenu.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
- California (CCPA), EU/UK (GDPR), and other state-law rights apply where relevant — including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of certain data sharing. Submit any of these requests via the email above.
- Cookies can be controlled through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/tax obligations (typically 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
Children
Renu is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post material changes here and update the “Effective” date above. For significant changes we’ll also notify subscribers by email.
Terms of Service

By using the Renu website (tryrenu.com) or buying a Renu product, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or purchase the product.
The product
Renu is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our site is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when taking other medication.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Renu. Renu currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Orders and pricing
- Prices and product details are shown on our site and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
- Taxes are calculated and applied at checkout where applicable.
Subscriptions
- When you enrol in a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
- We’ll send a reminder email before each renewal so you can skip, pause, or cancel.
- You can manage your subscription — including pausing, skipping, changing cadence, or cancelling — from your account at any time, or by emailing hello@tryrenu.com. There are no cancellation fees.
- If we change subscription pricing or terms, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Renu name, logo, packaging, photography, and copy — is owned by Renu and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.
User content
If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial, you grant Renu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in marketing materials. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Effective” date and, where appropriate, notified by email.
Returns & 60-Day Promise

Hair recovery takes time, and we don’t want price to be the thing stopping you from giving it a real shot. So we back every Renu order with a 60-day promise.
The promise, in one paragraph
Try Renu for 60 days. If your shed hasn’t changed, or you’re unhappy with the product for any reason, email us and we’ll refund your first month — even if the bottle is empty. No return shipping required.
How to claim it
- Email hello@tryrenu.com within 60 days of receiving your first order.
- Include your order number and a short note on what didn’t work for you (this helps us improve, but isn’t required for the refund).
- We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What’s covered
- Your first month’s product cost on an inaugural order — subscription or one-time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or wrong.
- The promise applies once per household.
Damaged, wrong, or missing orders
If your package arrives damaged, you got the wrong item, or something is missing, email hello@tryrenu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll replace or refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and is separate from a refund request.

Where we ship
Renu currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is coming soon — email hello@tryrenu.com and we’ll let you know when it’s available where you live.
Cost
- Subscription orders: free standard shipping, every order.
- One-time orders: flat-rate $5.95 standard shipping; free over $50.
Processing & delivery time
- Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Otherwise the next business day.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (continental US) once shipped.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO: 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Subscription cadence
Subscription orders ship roughly every 30 days, timed to land before your previous bottle runs out. You can change the cadence (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), skip a shipment, or pause from your account at any time.
If something goes wrong
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit? Email hello@tryrenu.com with your order number and we’ll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice. See the Returns & 60-Day Promise section above.
Accessibility

We want Renu to work for everyone. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across this site and on mobile.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and alt text on imagery.
- Keyboard-navigable nav, forms, and interactive elements.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA on text and UI controls.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
What we’re still working on
Accessibility is ongoing. If you hit a barrier — a missing label, an element you can’t reach with a keyboard or screen reader, or content that’s hard to read — please tell us. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and fix them as fast as we can.
